About the Chairman
Grant’s professional journey began with distinguished service as a Royal Marines Commando, where he developed the discipline, resilience and leadership principles that continue to shape his professional philosophy.
Following his military career, he established businesses within engineering, construction and property development before expanding into private investment, international corporate structuring and strategic advisory.
Over more than two decades, Grant has led the formation, restructuring and growth of businesses operating across multiple industries and international jurisdictions.
His work has centred on identifying complex commercial opportunities, structuring strategic partnerships and delivering long-term business solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Today, as Founder and Executive Chairman of THE HOUSE, Grant is responsible for the governance, strategic direction and stewardship of the family office and its associated businesses, working alongside governments, institutional partners, family offices, private investors and commercial organisations to deliver responsible, sustainable growth.
